Presented by IUPAC Division VI – Chemistry and the Environment (DCE), a group of internationally recognized volunteer scientists whose aim is to provide unbiased and timely authoritative reviews on the behavior of chemical compounds in food and the environment. The DCE undertakes both fundamental and applied evaluations that contribute to solving environmental problems and enhancing the quality of food on a global scale.
